Hi All,
As to my CV it has been posted and reposted.
I have never claimed to be a Doctor of anything. I am a Computer Scientist and I specialize in Physics, and of course Psionics.
The reference to me as doctor was an honest mistake. I thought it had been removed the fist day it went up. Apparently the person in charge of changing it either did not do it or put it back in a restore, I don't know why it is still there.
I contacted Dr. Horowitz's staff and asked for it to be removed again yesterday and today.
As to Dreamboys the nu was a mistake, I just made a mistake you can see the posting in the announcement forum has the proper url and I have changed the other one that linked to the other Dreamboys. I apologize to the injured party.
Carol the quote from my site was not written by me did you just miss that? It was written by Charles Cosimano. I have stated many times that although I consider Charles to be a Genius and the father of Modern Psionics, I disagree with some of his statements, that is public knowledge.
To answer you directly about the info link on my site, I have a lot of web sites and I can't personally check every single link a webmaster puts up. Once I ask for something to be taken down it usually is, I don't have to check. This one slipped through, that's all.
At least be rational about behavior, why would I claim to be a doctor in one site and then publicly repeat over and over that I am not a doctor and publish my CV?
If I were to claim that my software cures even a computer virus I would be destroyed and rightly so. It is an experimental device and it states that, it works with the biomagnetic field of all things. It is non intrusive and any results derived from it’s use on a human being are manifested by the mind/brain of the person using it, not the device.
I have never claimed that my software cures anything, it is perfectly legal. Yes it can unleash the awsome power of the human mind. That is a fact. Used properly the software can help you in many ways.
You can contact whomever you want and dredge all you want about me you will find nothing at all that points to me as a Con Man.
I'm confident that if this goes to a court of law, it's not going to go your way.
It is/was a prostitution site and although it may be legal in Holland it is not something we want to be associated with.
You can't just take
our banners and run them on a bbs that is hosted on a prostitution site or any other site without my say so.

I was being attacked on your BBS in a vile way, I was not even able to read the posts. You say it was a bug, ok how come I was the only person affected by this bug.
You left me no choice but to look and see where the chinks in your armor were. That is where Dreamboys.nl came into the picture.
It gave me the legal ground to demand that our property be removed from your site.
I looked at the site and I saw prostitution, room offers and pornographic
photos of very young people male and female. You say she had tattoos, so what?
is that proof of age. I don't know how old she is, do you? I want to find out.

She admits that she used me as a target due to frustrations of a personal nature on her part. Ask her if this is true.

I made it quite clear both in private and in public that there was a possibility that it was Horowitz's fault for addressing you as "Dr. Ernie Vega." But it was still _your_ responsibility to correct references in your primary website links. That you have a lot of web pages is no excuse, many of us have dozens of web pages.
You'll have to document that, Ernie. While I have done you the favor of pointing out that there are statements about you on Horowitz's site that are potentially indictable as a felony if someone chose to bring them to the attention of the authorities, you will need to show where I indicated that I (or others) actually intended to.
The Cosimano reference is used as one of your primary links, and without any corrective commentary to the contrary would indicate sufficient approval of it and its superficiality to most readers.
I have no interest in following up the possible fraudulent language regarding your practice of "medicine" on Horowitz's site. But I strongly suggest you find a lawyer who is skilled in medical law to look over any statements you make or that are made about you that have medical connotations, since you are playing with fire if you don't choose your words carefully in that field and appear to play fast and loose with codes of medical ethics.

If your credentials _were_ in order on Horowitz's site, the question would never have arisen, would it?
I'd sure feel a whole lot better about your explanations if you hadn't then gone and done a posting with fake lawyer talk sprinkled amongst the bombast. Clearly your notice was not written by a lawyer, with its sloppy grammar and personal complaints, and this stuff sprinkled in almost at random:
"Legal Notice (duly Posted)... CEASE AND DESIST DEMAND...You are hereby ordered... In the event that you ignore this notice, you are hereby notified that you will be billed at a rate of $5000 (American Dollars) per day for every day you have used the property you stole from us retroactive to the inception of your BBS's use of our material..."

The notice was written by me.
I am not a Lawyer or a dr.
You do not have to be a lawyer to write a legal notice of intent or a cease and desist demand.
These are pre-litigation steps.
It is done to set a foundation for a case, or as an appeal to the other party to stop.
Next the Lawyers would write it, then a Judge would enforce it if he deems it proper.
What is posted about a person on another persons website is not a statement by the person being described.
You are right that I needed to be made aware that the post was there. As soon as I was made aware, I asked for it to be removed.
You personally said you asked that I be banned from your BBS, I have yet to be able to see a posting at your forum.
To say I was given an opportunity to respond is not true. How can I respond if I can't even see what is being said about me. I learned what was said from others that were able to read the posts. At least fight fair.
I have had run ins with Penni in the past and have always been willing to defend my position when challenged.
You may not care about what the truth is, others do Carol.
Now we found a copy of the site you sit on in Google so everyone can see what it was.
